9ff Speed9 Super-Speedster
Inspired by the 356 and 911 Speedster variants built by Porsche, German tuners 9ff took a 911 Turbo Cabriolet and produced the Speed9.

Starting with the engine from Porsche’s 997 Turbo we drove in the current issue of iMotor, 9ff then tweak the twin turbo, 3.8 litre flat six to produce 650hp and a faintly ludicrous 890Nm, serious gains from standard.
This is the second independent complete vehicle produced in-house by the Dortmund based tuner, the first being the headline grabbing 255mph GT9- the worlds fastest street legal car.
With a shortened windscreen, a lower, more level rear deck and a weight reduction program the sleek looking 9ff Speed9 will be on display at the Essen Motor Show in Germany.
Flat out you’ll be travelling at 205mph and 62mph from standstill is dispatched in less than 3.5 seconds.
Priced at £220,000 the Speed9 isn't cheap but with this much power and with 9ff’s growing credentials, it promises to be a Speedster worth watching.
